Italian Gardens (2003) - Douglas Busch was invited by Grandi Giardini Italiani to spend May and June of 2003 in Italy photographing eleven privately owned gardens. Displaying his experience and control in capturing landscapes and light Busch masterfully adds color and digital technology focusing on man's impact on nature. The resulting images show a strong intimacy and a strict graphic dynamic while capturing the individual essence of each garden.
